Sector · Public Sector & PR

Communication with sensitive stakeholders.

National authorities, employer associations, NGOs, federations, local authorities. Same process discipline — because anyone speaking to citizens, the press, decision-makers and international partners follows the same rules: transparency, audit trail, verifiable facts. No spin, no puff pieces.

01 — What we do for you

Four capabilities, used together.

Serious institutional communication isn't one function — it's a mix of media relations, policy understanding, writing craft and process discipline. We have all four in-house. It works for authorities, associations and NGOs alike.

i.

Media relations

Direct relationships with journalists in business, politics, lifestyle. Press kits written to be used — not copy-pasted. Spokesperson training for leadership.

  • Press kits
  • Pitching
  • Media training
  • Embargo handling
ii.

Public affairs

Position papers, advocacy, legislative monitoring. We build narrative that works with decision-makers without compromising the public-facing one.

  • Position papers
  • Stakeholder mapping
  • Legislative monitoring
  • Briefings
iii.

Crisis communications

A crisis plan written before the crisis. Response team, holding statements, incident log. When it hits, we work 24/7 until things stabilise.

  • Crisis plan
  • Holding statements
  • 24/7 on-call
  • Post-mortem
iv.

Institutional communications

Annual reports, citizen / member communications, stakeholder events, compliant visual identity. Materials that show the organisation knows what it's doing — because they say it with evidence.

  • Institutional identity
  • Events
  • EU compliance

04 — How we think the sector

Four rules for clients with sensitive stakeholders.

i.

Reputation is built on facts, not on spin.

Spin holds for six months — after that the backlash is bigger than the original problem. We only work with organisations that have, or can have, facts to communicate. The rest is someone else's job.

ii.

Procedures and full audit trail.

For authorities: public procurement, GDPR, EU compliance. For associations: rigorous documentation, signed approvals, version logs. When an audit or the press shows up, the organisation has everything it needs.

iii.

Crisis plan before the crisis.

In the first month of partnership we write a crisis plan, whether it seems necessary or not. When a crisis comes — and it does — the difference between a 4-hour response and a 4-day one is usually 6 to 7 figures of cost.

iv.

The brand outlasts the mandate.

Institutional identity must work regardless of who's in charge — a minister, an association chairperson. We build depersonalised systems. Today's campaign still works five years from now.

“We work with agencies that understand how an authority operates — not just how a campaign works. The difference at delivery is night and day.”
