Cross-border production isn't "less production" — it's more discipline. Detailed briefs and shot lists before the flight. Crew on the ground 2–4 days, with minute-by-minute planning. Editing and final deliverables out of Bucharest, with fast async revisions.
i.
Brief, scenarios, shot list, scout via Google Street View + video call with the venue. Everything approved before travel. No "we'll figure it out on location" — too expensive.
ii.
2–4 days of shooting per trip, small crew (1–2 photographers + local assistant when needed). Everything planned in the brief. Backup on each slot.
iii.
Editing, colour grade, final deliverables from the studio. Async revisions via platform — time zones stop mattering when decisions are written.
iv.
We don't do strategy without local context. We don't do ads without a native media-buying team. We produce content and brand assets — those we do as well at 9,000 km as at 9 km.
